Ashtanga Inspired Primary Series
A vigorous vinyasa based practice, in which we will explore the traditional sequencing of the Ashtanga Primary series as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, including Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, seated postures, and the closing sequence with backbending and inversions. This is an athletic and peaceful, invigorating and calming, fun and challenging yoga experience. This class will empower students and allow them to experience full self acceptance, outer strength, and inner calm. This is a modified Ashtanga Primary Series class open to all those who have yoga experience with sun salutations.
