Basic Flow - Levels 1,2

A simpler vinyasa flow to our all levels class. Still a vigorous workout but with a basic flow. This flow will concentrate more on the alignment of the basic asanas (postures) used in an all levels vinyasa flow with more instruction to precise placement of the body in the poses and through the transitions of the flow.  This class is for you if you are brand new to yoga or vinyasa flow and want to move! If you are an experienced yogi this class can deepen your postures and challenge you to create a higher level of prana and awareness while working through your journey.
