Headstands, Handstands & Forearm Balances!!!!
If you are brand new to inversions or have already began your journey into inversions and would like to further your practice, this workshop will have something in it for all.
Begin to understand and cultivate a variety of techniques used to strengthen the body as it begins it’s journey towards headstands, forearm balance and handstands.
We begin with a yoga vinyasa flow specifically set up to warm the body up for inversions.
Various types of drill work will be introduced as we build up each inversion in a step by step instruction.
Some partner work may be required.
Please Note: Vinyasa/power type yoga experience is recommended to attend this workshop.
