Laughter Yoga - All Levels

Laughter Yoga is the practice of “Laughing for no reason”.  It is based on the scientific fact that our bodies can not tell the difference between real and fake laughter.   We use laughter as exercise combined with yogic breathing techniques to create a change in our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Laughter Yoga is a powerful practice that helps us bring more joy and lightness into our daily lives. By choosing to practice laughter, we find that there is more to celebrate and laugh about in our daily lives.
