Maria Connor

Maria Connor discovered yoga and holistic health at age 16. She received her teaching certification through ShivaShakti School Of Yoga in an immersion program in Costa Rica during the fall of 2011. She has also studied kids yoga at Childlight Yoga, Thai massage at ShivaShakti  and integrative yoga therapy with Joseph and Lillian Le page at Kripalu.

Maria is interested in sharing yoga with others so that they may achieve lasting health, happiness and a sense of control over their own wellness. The path of yoga has brought her many friends, blessings and insights and it is her mission to share in this abundance while helping her students discover their authentic practice.
