Rachel has a deep connection with nature and loves to enjoy and share that during each of her practices.  She enjoys smiling, laughing, and rejoicing in all of the wonderful things that life and yoga provide.  Rachel has been a certified personal trainer and certified pilates instructor since 2006 and loves the balance that yoga has brought into her life.  It wasn’t just about the physical movement of yoga that she was interested in, it was the mental clarity and chance to go inward and spend time on herself that drew her to training as an instructor and was certified to teach in 2014.  Being free in each moment, honoring where you are and what your body can do, and enjoying that place is her mantra.
