Sherri Pevear

Sherri has been practicing yoga for over 10 years.  She thrives on variety and continually expands her yoga practice by exploring new styles.  Her Vinyasa Flow classes pull from various traditions and practices including but not limited to Ashtanga, Bikram, Power and O2 Yoga.  She designs her challenging classes to flow in a light and playful manner. Sherri has completed over 400 hours of teacher training and feels blessed to have worked with Mimi Loureiro of O2 Yoga, Paul Dallaghan and Neal Barker of Yoga Thailand and Bhavani Maki during workshops.

 “I am continually inspired by every yoga teacher I experience.  I learn something new every time I get on my mat.  Yoga is consistently the most grounding and balancing part of my day and often I get on my mat for no other reason than I don’t prefer the alternative.  My life without yoga wouldn’t be as open, authentic, healthy or happy.  Yoga is like hitting a refresh button for the mind, body and spirit and as a teacher of yoga I strive to provide classes that leave students feeling renewed and eager to get back on their mats.”
